This is not the beginning.

But it is the first step I take forward with you.

The myth of the Serpent and the Seed lives in the walls of this temple 0 but here, in these pages, I write the parts that breathe through me.

I created this journal to hold stories that don't belong on a product label. To speak of things felt in the body: the way ceremony cracks you open. The way breathwork can unravel a memory. the way descent is not failure, but a sacred return.

I don't write from perfection.

I write from presence

from the altar floor, from cacao-stained fingertips, from after the tears.

Dreams spoken aloud.

Practices offered gently.

And the quiet truth of what it means to live a sacred life when no one is watching.
